I started a return and it just kind of kept dragging on, which was frustrating. I contacted support, but it never got properly fixed or like actually resolved. Still waiting around, so not a great experience.

I gave phantomms.com a try because it seemed like it might make things easier and save me some time. Maybe I went in expecting too much, but once I actually used it, the price started to feel high for what I was getting.

I could be wrong, and maybe I just didn’t use it the right way, but a lot of it felt kind of basic to me. I kept thinking I probably could’ve found something similar for less money somewhere else.

It might be a better fit for other people, so I don’t want to completely write it off. But for me personally, I regret paying for it and wouldn’t renew or recommend it at the current price.

I reached out to support and still haven’t gotten a reply. At this point, I’m disappointed, i wouldn’t rely on them if you need help quickly.

For the price, I’d say the quality is decent. It worked fine most of the time, but every now and then it randomly acted up, which was a bit annoying. I wouldn’t call it bad, but it definitely gave me the impression that it could be more dependable

My order showed up almost two weeks late, and the tracking was basically useless the whole time. Whatever shipping crew they used really dropped the ball. The item was fine, but the delivery experience was not great.
